All reservations require a valid credit card to hold vacation home (Visa or MasterCard).
A deposit of 50% of your stay is required to hold reservation.
- Cancellations
with more than a 30 day notice will result in full refund of deposit.
- Rates
are based on four people. Additional persons are $15 additional per person per
night.
- If your
stay includes a Friday or Saturday night, a two-night minimum stay is required.
- Well-trained
dogs permitted for $15 per night cleaning fee in some cottages. Damage caused
by pets will be charged to guest's credit card. Cleaning up after your pet (indoors
or out) is essential.
- No
smoking in the cottages. Smoking is permitted on decks except when constrained
by forest danger.
- Parking
for vacation homes is limited to one vehicle. If you need additional parking,
please contact us prior to your stay. We will attempt to make accommodations for
you.
- The North
Umpqua River is beautiful, wild and scenic. However, it can be dangerous. Parents
are reminded to carefully supervise their children at all times.
